For sleeping, the master suite and its three additional bedrooms welcome adults and children alike in light-filled spaces. Outside festive periods: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50% retained between 14 and 7 days, full amount due under 7 days. During festive periods the deposit is non-refundable and no refund is granted under 7 days. The applicable regime is stated on your quotation.
Yes. The amount depends on the villa, the length of stay and the season: between 200,000 FCFA and 30% of the total stay. It is confirmed at the time of booking.
Rates are shown excluding taxes. The tourism development tax (TDT) adds 2.5% of the stay excluding taxes and deposit, and the municipal tax (TCN) 1,000 FCFA per bedroom per night. We do not charge VAT.
