Designed as an upscale holiday home, the villa features four spacious, carefully appointed bedrooms that offer a warm and calming atmosphere. Natural materials, handcrafted touches, and décor inspired by West Africa create an ambiance that is both refined and welcoming. One of the bedrooms is equipped with bunk beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
The living areas open generously onto the outdoors, creating a smooth flow between indoor and open-air spaces. The outdoor dining area, lounge corners, and relaxation spaces have all been designed to make the most of Assinie’s climate, from sunrise through to tropical evenings.

Bank transfer, mobile money (Orange Money, MTN Money, Wave) and cash within the legal limit. We do not accept credit cards. A 50% deposit is due at booking, the balance 72 hours before arrival.
Outside festive periods: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50% retained between 14 and 7 days, full amount due under 7 days. During festive periods the deposit is non-refundable and no refund is granted under 7 days. The applicable regime is stated on your quotation.
Yes. The amount depends on the villa, the length of stay and the season: between 200,000 FCFA and 30% of the total stay. It is confirmed at the time of booking.
Rates are shown excluding taxes. The tourism development tax (TDT) adds 2.5% of the stay excluding taxes and deposit, and the municipal tax (TCN) 1,000 FCFA per bedroom per night. We do not charge VAT.
