1. How do I book a villa?

You can book directly on our website by selecting your preferred villa, travel dates, and completing the reservation form. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfers, mobile money payments (Orange Money, MTN Money, Wave) and cash within the legal limit. We do not accept credit cards. A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 72 hours before arrival.

3. What is the cancellation policy?

Our terms depend on the period. Outside festive periods: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50% retained between 14 and 7 days, full amount due under 7 days. During festive periods — Christmas, New Year and major holiday weekends — the 50% deposit is non-refundable and no refund is granted under 7 days. We remain open to discussion in specific, justified cases.

4. Are the villas fully equipped?

All our villas are fully equipped: linens, equipped kitchen, WiFi, air conditioning, pool. Specific details are listed on each villa page.

5. Do you offer concierge services?

Yes, our premium concierge service includes: personalized welcome, private chef, airport transfers, activity and excursion planning.

6. What taxes are added to the quoted rate?

Rates are shown excluding taxes. Two local taxes apply and appear on every quote: the tourism development tax (TDT), 2.5% of the stay excluding taxes and deposit, and the municipal tax (TCN), 1,000 FCFA per bedroom per night. We do not charge VAT.

7. Is a security deposit required?

Yes. The amount depends on the villa, the length of stay and the season: it ranges from 200,000 FCFA to 30% of the total stay. The exact amount is confirmed at booking.
